福岡市に本社を置く、株式会社マルタイ様にご講演（出前授業）をして頂きました。このご講演は福岡市西ロータリークラブによる職業奉仕活動の一環です。食の安全・安心や商品開発、ブランディングなどについて分かり易くお話をして頂きました。We welcomed Marutai Co., Ltd., headquartered in Fukuoka City, for a special guest lecture as part of the vocational service activities of the Fukuoka West Rotary Club. The lecture provided an easy-to-understand introduction to food safety and security, product development, and branding.

多くの学生は、馴染みのある商品がどのように製造されているのかを知り、とても感心していました。海外でも販売できるアニマルフリー（動物性の原材料を使っていない）製品があったり、健康志向の製品があったりと消費者に寄り添った製品開発についても教えていただきました。SNSを活用したマーケティングなどについてもお話をして頂き多くの学びのある講演となりました。Our students were fascinated to learn how familiar products they enjoy are manufactured. They also discovered Marutai’s diverse product development initiatives, including animal-free products (made without animal-derived ingredients) suitable for international markets and products designed to meet the growing demand for healthier food options. The lecture offered valuable insights into how companies develop products that respond to consumers’ needs. In addition, the students learned about marketing strategies that utilize social media, making the lecture a highly informative and rewarding learning experience.
