生活総合ビジネス専攻1年生前期の科目「ベンチャービジネスの理解」では女性起業家（アヴァンティ創刊者）、福岡県男女共同参画センター「あすばる」元館長であり、現在は「福岡キャリアカフェ」や「天神キャリア塾」を開催するなど、女性活躍のため幅広く活動されている村山由香里先生が授業を担当してくださっています。In the first-year spring semester class “Entrepreneurship Program:Understanding Venture Business” in Business Administration Major, students learned about entrepreneurship and women’s careers under the guidance of Ms. Yukari Murayama, founder of AVANTI, and Former Director, Fukuoka Prefectural Center for Gender Equality “Asubaru” . Ms. Murayama is also widely recognized for her work in supporting women’s career development through initiatives such as the Fukuoka Career Café and the Tenjin Career School.

この授業では、女性活躍について、そして村山先生をはじめ福岡の様々な分野の業界から女性起業家の方10名をお招きし、講話を行っていただきました。As part of the class, Ms. Murayama invited ten women entrepreneurs from a variety of industries in Fukuoka to share their experiences with the students.

起業までの経緯や仕事内容、苦労、やりがい、これからの目標についてお話してくださいました。学生からの質問や村山先生との質疑応答で更に深堀して話を伺うことができました。最初から起業しようとしていた訳ではない方が多く、起業するきっかけなど楽しくお話を聞きながら学ぶことができます。The guest speakers spoke about their career journeys, the process of starting their own businesses, the nature of their work, the challenges they have faced, the rewards of entrepreneurship, and their future goals. Through lively discussions with Ms. Murayama and question-and-answer sessions with the students, participants gained a deeper understanding of each speaker’s unique experiences.Many of the guest speakers explained that they had not originally planned to become entrepreneurs. By learning about the opportunities and experiences that led them to start their own businesses, students gained valuable insights into career development and the many possible paths their futures may take.

起業してもしなくても、今後の生き方について大変参考になる授業です。Whether students choose to become entrepreneurs or pursue other career paths, this class provides meaningful lessons and inspiration for shaping their future lives and careers.
